✨ P Wave:
Duration: 0.08 - 0.10 sec.
Represents atrial depolarization (the atria are contracting). 💓

✨ PR Interval:
Duration: 0.12 - 0.20 sec.
Measures the time from atrial depolarization to ventricular depolarization. ⏳

✨ QRS Complex:
Duration: 0.06 - 0.10 sec.
Indicates ventricular depolarization (the ventricles are contracting). ⚡

✨ Sinus Rhythm Criteria:
Regular rhythm, rate of 60–100 bpm.
Normal P wave before every QRS.
Constant PR interval and normal QRS width. ✅
