Ducati has launched the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S in India. The Panigale V4 is priced at ₹29,99,000, while the V4 S is priced at ₹36,50,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making them ₹2,26,400 and ₹3,02,400 more expensive than their predecessors, respectively.

Key updates include a revised design with aggressive LED headlights, winglets, a new fairing, and a double-sided swingarm. The overall silhouette remains similar but more aerodynamic.

Both models are powered by a 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, producing 216PS at 13,500rpm and 120.9Nm at 11,250rpm. The V4 features fully adjustable Öhlins suspension, revised chassis, and upgraded braking with twin 330mm discs up front and a 245mm rear disc. The kerb weight of the V4 is 191kg, while the V4 S, with electronic Öhlins suspension and carbon-fiber wheels, weighs 187kg.

Additional updates include a 6.9-inch TFT display, 3 road modes (Sport, Road, Wet) and 2 track modes (Race A, Race B), cornering ABS, traction control, a bi-directional quick-shifter, engine braking control, cruise control, and more.
